In our slaughter and process sections, obtaining  boneless and bone in cuts with excellent packaging and presentation, following   the most stringent international quality standars.

Capacities of production.

Pens : Capacity for 3000 animals
Slaugtherhouse: Diary slaughter capacity 1200 animals day
Cutting Room: 2 rooms of cut aprox 1200 carcass x day
Frozen Tunnel: 3 frozen tunnel with capacity for 30 ton in 24 hs.
Cold Storage: 800 tons capacity.
